JM rolls past St. C.

Tuesday night against Wheeling Park, John Marshall scored 15 points in the first quarter but only 21 the rest of the way in a four-point loss to the Patriots.

Against visiting St. Clairsville Saturday night, Coach Bill Storm's team once again had 15 after one chapter, however, this time the Monarchs were able to keep the offense rolling in picking up their first victory of the young season.

Senior Justin Eikelberry led four double-digit scorers with 16 points and the John Marshall defense turned up the heat and forced 22 turnovers as the Monarchs blew things open in the third quarter before cruising to an impressive 62-41 victory against the Red Devils at the Moundsville Fieldhouse.
